This entire site reminds me of the filmstrip scene in "Iron Giant" (best animated feature since Snow White, dammit) where the kids are taught to duck-and-cover in the event of a direct nuclear strike on their school. The simple, airplane emergency diagram-like graphics are so dimwitted you can almost hear the government's web designers screaming with delight as they foist this pure hokum to the (by now) suspecting masses.
